Call the Ghostbuster!

By Keith Varnum

Who are the ghosts?

The scary phantoms sent by the mind to haunt us!

Who is the Ghostbuster!

The Field of the Heart!

When you are thinking, the mind spooks you with all manner of limiting, anxious thoughts. All these frightening thoughts are unreal, made-up, phantom fears.

None are based in truth or fact. None can withstand the Light of Day—the Light of the Heart.

And none of these disturbing thoughts can withstand the Power of the Heart.

When you drop down into the Field of the Heart, your Soul speaks to you. Intuition lets you know what is real—and what is unreal, made-up, conditioned beliefs.

If you ask, “Do I know this belief for sure?” … the answer is always “No!”

If you ask, “Are this limited belief helpful?” … the response is always “No way!”

The human Heart is now documented as the strongest generator of both electrical and magnetic fields in the body. This is news because we’ve been programmed to believe that the brain is where all of the action is.

The physical world is created by two forces: the electrical and the magnetic fields of energy:

The Heart is about 100,000 times stronger electrically than the brain.

The Heart is 5,000 times stronger magnetically than the brain.

And the Electromagnetic Field of the Heart is the first thing that pops through the vacuum into human existence before the physical heart forms. The Electromagnetic Field of the Heart develops first, before the brain, in the embryo.

Also, two-thirds of the cells of the Heart are neural tissue organized as ganglia tissue similar to the ganglia tissue of the brain. The ganglia tissue is what stores all the information.

So, the Heart is actually a brain.

In light of this scientific evidence, which brain would be best to give the job of running things?

It might be more useful to consult the brain in your Heart than the brain in your head. Let your brain be in your Heart. Consult the brain in your Heart.

Jesus said, “I am the open door which no man can shut.” You are the door not the doer.

Sai Baba used to tell me, “You are the dreamer. God is the doer.”

Open the door of your Heart and realize your awareness is not confined to your body.

The mind is not the thinker. The brain is not the thinker. Your infinite expanded consciousness is the source of all thinking and experience.

Your consciousness is everywhere, not just where you think it is—in the brain—where you have been conditioned to believe it is.

The electromagnetic Field of the Heart is the door to expanded consciousness, non-ordinary reality and infinite possibility. It’s the doorway to new, different and fresh domains of possibility. It’s the threshold and the throne of creation. It’s the portal to access your guides, grace and any facets of transformation.

You are always in the Field of the Heart. Everything you know emanates from the Field of the Heart. You can’t not be in the Field of the Heart.

The Field of the Heart is what you are!

Jesus taught, “Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”

The Muslim Qur’an reminds us, “Successful will be those who come to the Lord with a pure heart.”

There is no place that isn’t in the Field of the Heart. But you can do is put your attention somewhere else! In reality, you’re always in your Heart. It’s only our awareness and thoughts that move us out of experiencing being in the Heart space.

So how can you stay in your Heart in everyday life?

Here are some practical, easy ways to Drop into the Field of the Heart:

1. The simplest way to put your hand over your Heart. If you notice that you shift into your Heart, you’re home free!

If you don’t feel that you drop down into the Field of the Heart, here are some other ways to shift your attention back to your natural Heart space:

2. Empty the contents of the mind. See/feel container filled to the brim. Empty/pour liquid mind from the container. See/feel contents of the mind flowing out until mind is empty space.

3. Notice and let go of any thoughts.

Notice the constant flow of thoughts in your brain or awareness. Acknowledge the general presence of the thoughts and then immediately shift your attention back to your Heart or Pure Awareness. See your thoughts as clouds floating by. Observe them neutrally with a sense of curiosity and no opinion or judgment. Observing thoughts and experiences without judgment keeps us in a state of Heart-centered awareness.

4. Let go of all sense of not being in your heart.

The thought of a problem can become the problem. Ask yourself “If I knew what I might notice were I to listen to my Heart, what methods of Dropping into my Heart might I discover?” Let go and allow whatever happens to happen.

5. Ask an open-ended question. For example: “If I knew how to drop into my Heart right now, what would I do?”

6. Open to true compassion. The space of real compassion is a space of no thought, attitude, opinion, outcome or agenda. Emotion without charge. Total acceptance, allowing, space. Neutral attention. Energy consciousness. Ultimate intention – harmony for all.

The Tao. No-thing matters.

Remember, you are always in the Field of your Heart.

By the physics of the universe, you cannot not be anywhere else other than in the Field of your Heart.

The Field of your Heart is who and what you are, always have been, and always will be.

How long does it take to be where you have always been?

How long does it take to be where you have never not been?
